When an enterprise struggles with profitability for sustained periods, it negatively affects internal and external stakeholders.  Employee promotions and incentives suffer,  investors become hesitant to provide funding,  product/service quality can suffer leading to dissatisfied customers, etc. Depending on the severity and complexity of the situation, we may employ a Root Cause Analysis approach to hone in on the “why’s” and tackle each issue with remedial documentation, ensuring that action is taken to resolve the underlying causes of said profitability issues without sacrificing processes that already work well.
